      grade AMS silicone and designed to withstand temperatures

      up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.   

–   Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up

      like cork or neoprene.   

–   Our gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces,

     and eliminate corrosion.

–   Gaskets are 100% reusable.

One silicone gasket – 1/8″ thick

Reusable gasket.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash the cover and cylinder head surfaces with solvent.   

Remove all traces of oil.

Silicone gaskets are installed DRY (No oil or lube used of any type). 

TORQUE TO 15 INCH POUNDS

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!

– overtightening makes the gasket bulge out or squeeze out.

If the gasket starts to bulge out then back off on the torque.

TO REUSE GASKET: 

Wash the gasket in hot soapy water.  

Rinse well and dry thoroughly.   

Re-install gasket using the above installation instructions.
