318 POLYSPHERICAL ENGINE

        grade AMS silicone and designed to withstand temperatures

        up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.   

   –   Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up

        like cork or neoprene.   

   –   Our gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces  and

        eliminates corrosion.

   –   Gaskets are 100% reusable.

Set of 2 silicone gaskets and 4 silicone bolt inserts.

Silicone gaskets and bolt inserts are 1/8″ thick.

Re-usable.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1.    Wash the cover and cylinder head surfaces with solvent.  
2.    Remove all traces of oil.
3.    The gasket MUST be installed DRY (No oil or lube of any type).

                    TORQUE:  20-25 INCH POUNDS   

                     DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.

                             Over tightening makes the gasket bulge out or squeeze out.

TO REUSE GASKET:

1.    Wash the gasket briefly in hot soapy water. 
2.    Rinse well and dry thoroughly.
3.    Reinstall gasket using the above installation instructions.
