This is a 17 bolt hole gasket.

Reusable

Please follow the torque instructions listed on the label.   

Install gasket DRY.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 

1.    Wash the cover and cylinder with solvent.   
2.    Remove all traces of oil.
3.    All surfaces must be DRY.   (NO OIL OR LUBE OF ANY TYPE)                                                If the  surfaces are not dry then the gasket will slide out – you don’t want that!
4.    Install the gasket DRY.    
5.    TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS:  

           Torque 15 to 20 inch pounds

           DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.

If you see the gasket bulging or “pooching ” out 

than back off on the torque a bit.

TO REUSE GASKET:   

1.    Wash gasket briefly in hot water and soap.  
2.    Rinse gasket off and dry thoroughly.
3.    Re-install using the above installation instructions.
