– Two Upper intake gaskets – 6 bolt holes
– Two Lower exhaust gaskets – 11 bolt holes

It is recommended that the Nylock nuts and aluminum washers be replaced each time
the valve covers are removed, but that applies to any valve cover gasket.
– Gaskets are 1/16″ thick BLACK silicone.
– Reusable.
Follow the torque instructions on the label.
These gaskets use a light torque.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash the cover and cylinder head surfaces with solvent.
- Remove all traces of oil.
- The gasket must be installed DRY – (no oil or lube of any type).
- Torque: 15 INCH Pounds DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!
- 2.7 – 3.6 kg-cm
- 1.7 – 2.6 N’m
- DO NOT let the gasket bulge or squeeze out.
- This is a sign of overtightening
TO REUSE THIS GASKET:
Wash gaskets briefly in hot soapy water.
Rinse well and dry all surfaces thoroughly.
Re-install using above installation instructions.
