Pushrod Tube Seal Kit

for

Continental Engines

Real Gasket Tennessee has received FAA-PMA approval for improved design

for the pushrod tube seals for Continental engines.

These seals are designed to give 37% more sealing area at the point of

contact with the pushrod tube.  The beveled top of the seal and companion

crown washer will allow more spring pressure to the tube

therefore ensuring a tighter seal.

Complete kit for six cylinders that includes 3 different parts.

Each kit contains the following parts to complete six (6) cylinders.

Twelve (12) each of:

RG-630286    O-Rings   

RG-534610    Black Seals      

RG-534609    Crown Washers 

“NOTE”  RG-534609 AND RG-534610 MUST BE USED TOGETHER

Installation Instructions:

Lubricate seal lightly with DC4 or buildup oil.

Install TCM flat washer in crankcase.

Install black seal with flat side to case.

Install crown washer towards spring.
