   –   Our silicone rubber gaskets are made from aerospace mechanical

        grade AMS  silicone and designed to withstand temperatures up to

        400 degrees Fahrenheit.   

   –    Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up like

         cork or neoprene.   

   –    Our gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces and 

         eliminate corrosion.

   –    Gaskets are 100% reusable.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1.    Make sure all surfaces are free of oil.
2.    Install gaskets DRY.   (Use no oil or lube of any kind)
3.    TORQUE:    15 TO 20 INCH POUNDS.

CAUTION – DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN!

Over tightening causes the gasket to bulge out or squeeze out.

TO REUSE GASKET: 

1.    Wash gasket briefly in hot water & soap. 
2.    Rinse off gaskets and dry all surfaces. 
3.    Re-install gasket using the above installation instructions
