     up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.   

–   Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack

     up like cork or neoprene.

Reusable gasket.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash the cover and cylinder flange with solvent.    

Remove all traces of oil.

The surfaces must be DRY  –  (NO OIL OR LUBE OF ANY TYPE).

Install gasket DRY.

TORQUE :  20-25 INCH POUNDS         

Don’t over tighten.

If the gasket starts to bulge, squeeze or “pooch out”, 

then back off on the torque a bit.   

TO REUSE GASKET: 

Wash gasket BRIEFLY in hot water and soap.

Rinse well & dry thoroughly.

Re-install using the above installation instructions.
