BSA Motorcycle –   A50 and A65 

–   Our silicone rubber gaskets are made from aerospace mechanical

     grade AMS silicone and designed to withstand temperatures

     up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.   

–   Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up

     like cork or neoprene.   

–   Our gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces,

     and eliminate corrosion.

–   Gaskets are 100% reusable.

Silicone gasket is 1/16″ thick. 

Reusable.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1.    All surfaces must be clean and dry.     
2.    Remove all traces of oil.
3.    Install Gasket  DRY,  (USE NO OIL OR LUBE OF ANY KIND).
4.    TORQUE 15  INCH POUNDS. 
5.    Do not over tighten!    

If you over tighten,  the gasket bulges out and will leak.

If the gasket starts to bulge or “pooch” out then back off 

on the torque.  

Loctite can be used on the bolts if you think the torque is 

not tight enough.

TO  REUSE GASKET:   

1.    Wash gasket briefly in warm soapy water.    
   
2.    Rinse gasket thoroughly and dry all surfaces.      
3.    Re-install using the above installation instructions.
