   –   Our silicone rubber gaskets are made from aerospace mechanical

        grade AMS silicone and designed to withstand temperatures up

        to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

   –   Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up

         like cork or neoprene.  

   –   Our gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces,

        and  eliminate corrosion.

   –   Gaskets are 100% reusable.

Set of 4 gaskets  –  each gasket (upper and lower) has 6 bolt holes

Gaskets are 1/16″ thick silicone

Do not over torque these gaskets – Instructions call for a light torque.

– instructions are on the label.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Wash the cover and cylinder head surfaces with solvent.    
• Remove all traces of oil.
• The gasket must be installed DRY – (no oil or lube of any type).
• Torque:   15 INCH Pounds         DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!
•                       2.7 – 3.6   kg-cm 
•                1.7 – 2.6   N’m
• DO NOT let the gasket bulge or squeeze out.  
• That is a sign of over tightening.

TO REUSE THIS GASKET: 

Wash gaskets briefly in hot soapy water.  

Rinse well and dry all surfaces thoroughly.  

Re-install using above installation instructions.
