Set of two silicone gaskets

Gaskets are 1/16″ thick silicone

Reusable.

  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

   Wash the cover and mating surface with solvent.  

   Remove all traces of oil.

  The gasket must be installed DRY    (No oil or lube of any kind)

  TORQUE:        to  15 INCH pounds

–  DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!

   If the gaskets start to bulge out or squeeze out, 

   then you are over tightening.   

   If that happens, back off on the torque.

   Loctite can be used on the bolts.

TO REUSE GASKET:    

Wash gasket briefly in hot soapy water.       

Rinse well and dry all surfaces thoroughly.    

Re-install using the above installation instructions.

Do not soak gasket  in solvent or gasoline.
