VALVE COVER GASKET

                             for

 WRIGHT R-3350 engines

–  This is a star shaped gasket

   –   Our silicone rubber gaskets are made from aerospace mechanical

        grade AMS  silicone and are designed to withstand temperatures

         up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.   

   –    Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up

          like cork or neoprene.   

   –    Silicone gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces and 

         eliminate corrosion.

   –    Gaskets are 100% reusable.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Valve cover surfaces must be clean and dry.

Install gaskets DRY.

TORQUE: 15  INCH POUNDS.

CAUTION – DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN!   

If the gaskets start to bulge or “pooch” out when tightening 

– they are over torqued.  

If that happens then back off on the torque.

TO REUSE GASKETS:

Wash gaskets briefly in hot soapy water.

Rinse gaskets thoroughly, dry all surfaces, 

then re-install following the above installation instructions.
