INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash the cover and cylinder with solvent.   

Remove all traces of oil.

The surfaces must be DRY (NO OIL or lube of any type).

RECOMMENDED TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS:

6 mm at both ends:  

2.0 to 2.5 N’m,  23 to 28 kg-em,  20 to 22 in-lb.

8 mm Center Bolt:       

2.1 to 2.6 N’m,  24 to 29 kg-em,  21 to 24 in-lb.

Do not over tighten the gasket 

– it causes the gasket to bulge or squeeze out.

If that happens then back off a little on the torque.

TO REUSE GASKET: 

Wash gasket briefly in hot soapy water.

Rinse well and dry all surfaces thoroughly.   

Re-install using the above installation instructions.
