Also called a Sump Cover Gasket.

–   Our silicone rubber gaskets are made from aerospace mechanical

     grade AMS silicone and designed to withstand temperatures

     up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.   

–   Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up

     like cork or neoprene.   

–   Our gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces, and

     eliminate corrosion.

–   Gaskets are 100% reusable.

Fits:    MOTO GUZZI – Broad sump model WITHOUT internal oil filter. 

         Also called an upper sump flange gasket

Lower oil pan gasket used on broad sump models including:

1100 Sport injected,  V10 Centauro,  Daytona RS,  Daytona Racing, 

MGS01, V11 Sport, V11 LeMans, Rosso Mandello,  Nero Corsa,

Silicone gasket – 1/16″ thick

Reusable.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1.    Wash the cover and engine flange with solvent. 
2.    Remove all traces of oil.
3.    The surfaces must be DRY  (No oil or lube of any type).
4.    Use LOCK WASHERS or THREAD LOCK
5.    TORQUE (one time):   15 INCH pounds   

 DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!

Over tightening makes the gasket bulge out or squeeze out.

If that happens then back off on the torque.

These instructions come with the gasket.

TO RE-USE GASKET:

1.    Wash gasket in hot soapy water.   
2.    Rinse well and dry thoroughly.
3.    Re-install gasket using the above installation instructions.
