“ULTIMATE” SILICONE IS FIBERGLASS REINFORCED SILICONE.

This may be the last gasket you will ever need to buy! 

1.     A layer of fiberglass is centered between 2 layers of silicone

        and gives the material extra stability and ultimate strength.

        This is the absolute most stress that a material can resist

        while being pulled or stretched which makes this

        one tough gasket. 

2.     Moreover, this material withstands temperatures from  

        -100  to 500 degrees F.    It is resistant to deterioration  

        by weathering and engine oil and as a reult, remains

        flexible over the temperature ranges.

3.    Specifically, the gaskets are made from aerospace mechanical 

       grade silicone and will not break down and deform or crack 

       up like cork or neoprene.            

4.    Finally, and best of all, this is a reusable gasket.

Gasket is 1/8″ thick fiberglass reinforced silicone 

Gasket has  32 bolt holes.

Reusable.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Remove all traces of oil by washing the block and oil pan surfaces with solvent. 
• The gasket must be installed DRY – do not use oil or lube of any type.

         TORQUE TO 45-50 INCH POUNDS

• DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!

         As a result, over tightening makes the gasket bulge or squeeze out.

         If that happens then back off on the torque.

• Instructions are included with the gasket.

TO REUSE GASKET:

Wash gasket briefly in hot water and soap.

Rinse well and dry all surfaces thoroughly.

Re-install using the above installation instructions.

DO NOT SOAK IN SOLVENT OR GASOLINE.
