INSTALLATION  INSTRUCTIONS:   

Wash the oil pan and mounting surfaces with solvent. 

Remove all traces of oil.

The gasket must be installed DRY  –  (NO OIL  OR LUBE OF ANY  TYPE).

TORQUE TO 20-25 INCH POUNDS

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!     

It causes the gasket to bulge or squeeze out.

Directions are included on the package label.

TO REUSE GASKET:   

Wash gasket briefly in hot soapy water.

Rinse gasket and dry thoroughly.

Re-install using the above installation instructions.

DO NOT SOAK  GASKETS IN SOLVENT OR GASOLINE.
