–   Our silicone rubber gaskets are made from aerospace mechanical

     grade AMS silicone and designed to withstand temperatures

     up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.   

–   Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack

      up like cork or neoprene.   

–   Our gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces,

     and eliminate corrosion.

–   Gaskets are 100% reusable.

Gaskets are sold individually  

Silicone gasket – 1/16″ thick

Gasket is  5″ OD  x  3 5/8″ ID  x  1/16″ thick

Reusable.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1.    THE GASKET SURFACES MUST BE CLEAN AND DRY. 
2.    Install gasket DRY,
3.    TORQUE the bolts to 15 in-lbs.   

“CAUTION” –  DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN

Over tightening makes the gasket bulge or squeeze out.

 TO REUSE GASKETS:

1.    Wash gasket briefly in hot soapy water.  
2.    Rinse well and dry all surfaces. 
3.    Re-install gasket using the above installation instructions.

Save instructions for future reference.
