PRIMARY CHAINCASE COVER GASKET  –  Silicone

TRIUMPH  Motorcycles  –  650 & 750 cc engines

–   Our silicone rubber gaskets are made from aerospace mechanical

     grade AMS  silicone and designed to withstand temperatures up to

     400 degrees Fahrenheit.   

–    Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up like

      cork or neoprene.   

–    Our gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces and 

      eliminate corrosion.

–    Gaskets are 100% reusable.

Reusable.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1.    Wash all surfaces with solvent.   
2.    Remove all traces of oil.
3.    The surfaces must be DRY   (no OIL or lube of any type).
4.    TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

                 Torque to 15 inch pounds.

DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!

Over tightening makes the gasket squeeze out.

If that happens then back off on the torque.

It is okay to use Loctite on the bolts.

TO REUSE GASKETS:  

1.    Wash gaskets in hot soapy water, 
2.    Rinse gasket well and dry thoroughly.  
3.    Re-install using the above installation instructions.
