Triumph  750cc  TWINS 

–   Our silicone rubber gaskets are made from aerospace mechanical

      grade AMS  silicone and designed to withstand temperatures up to

      400 degrees Fahrenheit.   

–    Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up like

       cork or neoprene.   

–    Our gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces and 

       eliminate corrosion.

–    Gaskets are 100% reusable.

Four (4) Bolt hole silicone gasket.

Silicone gasket is 1/16″ thick

Price is per gasket.

Reusable.

Installation Instructions:  

1. Clean and dry all surfaces.
2. Remove all traces of oil.
3. Install gasket DRY – no oil or lube of any kind.     

                 TORQUE:  10-15 INCH POUNDS.   

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!

Gasket should not bulge or “pooch” out.  

This is a sign of over tightening.

To reuse gasket:   

1. Wash gasket in hot soapy water.  
2. Rinse and dry gasket thoroughly.  
3. Re-install gasket using the above installation instructions.
