Upper oil pan gasket  (actually sump spacer gasket) used on broad sump models.

–   Our silicone rubber gaskets are made from aerospace mechanical 

     grade AMS silicone and designed to withstand temperatures 

     up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.   

–   Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up 

     like cork or neoprene.   

–   Our gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces,

    and eliminate corrosion.

–   Gaskets are 100% reusable.

Direct replacement for upper pan gasket 01003651 used on all Griso, Breva 1100,

Norge, Stelvio, 1200 Sport.

Silicone Gasket is 1/16″ thick

Reusable.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1.    Wash the cover and engine flange with solvent.     
2.    Remove all traces of oil.
3.    The surfaces must be DRY (No oil or lube of any type).
   

                      Use lock washers or thread lock.

                      TORQUE (one time):  15 INCH POUNDS    

DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!

Over tightening causes the gasket to squeeze or bulge out. 

Silicone gaskets should not bulge or “pooch out”.   

If this happens, then back off on the torque.

It is okay to use Loctite on the bolts.

TO RE-USE GASKET:

1.    Wash gasket briefly in hot soapy water.
2.    Rinse well and dry thoroughly,
3.    Re-install gasket using the above installation instructions.
