–    Our silicone rubber gaskets are made from aerospace mechanical grade 

     AMS silicone and designed to withstand temperatures up 

     to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.   

–   Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up 

     like cork or neoprene.   

–   Our gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces,

    and eliminate corrosion.

–   Gaskets are 100% reusable.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:   

1.    All surfaces must be clean and dry.    
2.    Install gaskets DRY –  No oil or lube of any kind.
3.    Torque 15-20 inch pounds.

            Do not over tighten!    

If the gaskets starts to bulge or push out when torqueing then 

you are over tightening.    Back off on the torque.

It is okay to use Loctite on the bolts.

TO RE-USE GASKET:

1.    Wash gasket in hot soapy water.  
2.    Rinse well and dry all surfaces thoroughly.  
3.    Re-install gaskets using the above installation instructions.
