      up to  400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Set of 2 silicone gaskets  

Silicone gaskets are 1/16″ thick.

Reusable.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash the cover and cylinder with solvent. 

Remove all traces of oil.

The surfaces must be DRY   (NO OIL OR LUBE OF ANY TYPE).

TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS:

• 6 mm – At both ends

                         1.69  to  2.2 N’m,    16  to  17 kg-cm,   12  to  15 in-lb.

• 8 mm – Center Bolt

                         1.69  to  2.5 N’m,   17  to  19 kg-cm,     15  in-lb.

Do not over tighten!    

If the gasket starts to bulge or “pooch” out when tightening 

– then you are over tightening the gasket.  

Back off on the torque.

Tighter is not better.   It is okay to use Loctite on the bolts.

To Reuse Gasket:   

Wash gasket briefly in hot soapy water.    

Rinse well and dry all surfaces thoroughly.

Re-install using the above installation instructions.
