Norton “Twins” 600-850 cc

–   Our silicone rubber gaskets are made from aerospace mechanical 

     grade AMS silicone and designed to withstand temperatures up 

     to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.   

–   Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up 

     like cork or neoprene.   

–   Our gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces,

     and eliminate corrosion.

–   Gaskets are 100% reusable.

Set of three (3) silicone gaskets.

Set consists of:     

one (1) Inlet Valve Cover gasket (part # 06-7551) 

and                            

two (2) Exhaust Valve Cover gaskets (part # 06-7554)

Gaskets are 1/16″ thick silicone

Reusable.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:        

Clean and dry all metal services.   

Remove all traces of oil.   

Install gasket “DRY”.

TORQUE 2 HOLE GASKET –  15 inch pounds

TORQUE SINGLE HOLE COVER – 15-18 inch pounds

Do not over tighten.    

If the gaskets starts to bulge or “pooch” out then 

back off on the torque. 

TO  REUSE GASKET: 

Wash briefly in hot soapy water.

Rinse well and dry thoroughly.  

Reinstall using the above installation instructions.
