VALVE COVER GASKETS – “ULTIMATE” SILICONE
for
KINNER K5 Engines
“ULTIMATE” SILICONE IS FIBERGLASS REINFORCED SILICONE.
This may be the last gasket you will ever need to buy!
– Basically “Ultimate” silicone is a layer of fiberglass
centered between 2 layers of silicone.
This gives the material dimensional stability and
higher tensile strength.
– Tensile strength is the absolute most stress that a
material can resist while being pulled or stretched, as
a result this is one tough gasket.
– The gaskets are made from aerospace mechanical grade
silicone and will not break down and deform or crack up
like cork or neoprene.
– Additionally this material is resistant to deterioration by
weathering and engine oil and remains flexible over the
temperature range from -100 to 500 degrees F.
– Best of all, it is a reusable gasket.
