VALVE COVER GASKET  – “ULTIMATE” SILICONE

This may be the last gasket you will ever need to buy!

–    A layer of fiberglass is centered between 2 layers of silicone 

      and gives the material dimensional stability and higher 

      tensile strength. 

–   The material is resistant to deterioration by weathering 

      and engine oil and remains flexible over the temperature 

      range noted.

–   Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack

      up like cork or neoprene.

–   It will withstand operating temperatures 

      from -100 to 500 degrees F.

–   Reusable gasket.

Gaskets are 1/8″ thick “Ultimate” silicone.

Reusable gaskets

These gaskets are also available in regular silicone – part # VW-4.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1.    Surfaces must be clean and dry.
2.    Install DRY. 
3.    Do not use any lubricant or sealant.  

TO RE-USE GASKET:

1.    Wash briefly in hot water and soap.  
2.    Rinse well.  
3.    Dry all surfaces thoroughly.
4.    Re-install.
