VALVE COVER GASKETS

for

VolksWagon –  4 cylinder air cooled engines

   –   Our silicone rubber gaskets are made from aerospace mechanical

        grade AMS silicone and designed to withstand temperatures up

        to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.   

   –   Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up

         like cork or neoprene.   

   –   Our gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces,

         and eliminate corrosion.

   –   Gaskets are 100% reusable.

Tabs have been added to the outer edge of the gaskets to keep them

aligned on the valve cover.

The tabs will allow you to adjust the gaskets to stay in place as you are

installing them.

SET OF 2 SILICONE GASKETS 

There are no bolt holes.   

Gaskets are 1/8″ thick silicone

Reusable.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Surfaces must be clean and dry.

Install DRY.   No sealant.

TO RE-USE GASKET:

Wash gasket briefly in hot water and soap.  

Rinse well.   Dry all surfaces thoroughly.

Re-install.
